1. Optimize Your Lifting Technique
In order to gain more muscle mass you must exert more energy during lifts. By this I mean the heavier the weight being lifted, as well as how much effort you exert, creates energy. This extra exertion of energy will assist you in building more muscle mass.
Using free weights allows you to create a more natural range of motion in your exersises. They also assist in the stretch of the long muscles.
3. Not too much Cardio
Too many calories burned during cardio can limit your energy for the high energy exertion exersises.
4. Eat plenty of Meat And Fish
As for fish, Salmon contains high amounts of Omega-3 and 6 as well as a great source of protien. The proteins in meat are very neccesary for propermuscle growth and will enhance the speed it takes to create muscle growth. The more the better!
5. Supplements During and Between Workouts
If your metabolism is fast, you may need to add supplements like glutamine and creatine to your diet. If your level of glutamine is too low, it may prevent optimal muscle growth. Supplements like glutamine and creatine you will encourage growth of the muscle exersised.
6. Sleeping
Be sure to have 6-8 hours of sleep per Night. Any less would be detrimental to your quest.
